Suction Cup Application

  • Compatible Dashboard: It is recommended to mount the dashboard car phone mount on smooth (or shallow textured dash) and flat dashboards.
  • Wash the suction cup regularly: Rinsing and air drying the suction cup when its stickiness is weak, which can restore its stickiness and make the car phone holder stable again.
  • We do not recommend applying the suction cup on the leather, wall, or filmed glass surfaces as the suction cup is designed with strong viscosity and attraction. If your car dash is leather surface, please mount the car mobile phone holder on the windshield dashboard or air vent.
  • If your car is exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time, we recommend that you use the air vent car holder.

Air Vent Application

  • It is recommended to use air clips for horizontal blades, NOT for vertical, cross, and round air vents.

Phone Case Application:

  • If you use a heavy or duty phone case with the ring, you need to remove the ring from the phone case.
  • Please note that the total thickness of the phone case & phone should be less than 0.6″. It is not suitable for ring case or other phone cases with a bulge on the back.
